Light makes the space. CARIITTI at the exhibition KazBuild 2018

In the year 2018 Cariitti is celebrating its 20th anniversary. In order to honour this special year Cariitti has launched new IP67 Led lighting sets for saunas, steam rooms and other spa areas.
Spa and wellness areas are challenging in terms of lighting. All Cariitti products have been developed to be used in circumstances of high moisture and temperature.

We use a lot of time and money for a comfortable home. The most important detail and atmosphere creater is light but often too little attention is paid to it. However, the other interior elements like colours, shapes and materials would not even be visible without light.

Lighting means more than just equipping the room with light sources. Light emphasizes details, creates experiences, shades and reflections. With a good reason you can say that light makes the space.

Various details in interior design are today’s trend also in a sauna. The beautiful sauna interior is finalized by thoughtfully designed and appropriate lighting. With sauna lighting you can emphasize the shapes of sauna benches or a certain detail like illuminated water bowl, stone wall behind the heater or a sandblast decorative figure on a glass wall.

There are also many lighting fittings available for the illumination of a steam room. A starry sky creates a relaxing atmosphere and small lights on the walls give soft light which does not dazzle the eye. Illumination of floor surfaces and stairs makes steam baths easier and safer to use.
