To produce extra fine Bronya series ceramic thermal insulation we use only top quality imported raw materials from the leaders of the chemical industry, such as BASF Concern (Germany), AZKO Nobel (Netherlands), 3M (USA). Our production process includes several levels of control. On the initial stage, our employees analyze the quality of raw materials. During the current (interoperation) control, we establish standards, compare actual outcomes with those defined by the standards, and take, if necessary, corrective actions. The final stage of quality control is a compliance control of the finished product. Combination of close control equipment, quality raw materials, control system and experience of our staff, which is based on regular attendance of topical workshops and training, allows achieving excellent results in a complex multistage process of Bronya series extra-fine thermal insulation production.

The Bronya series liquid ceramic thermal insulation coatings are designed for industrial and household application as a thermal, anti-corrosion and hydro-insulation of enclosures, pipelines, air ducts, technological equipment, reservoirs, and ship structures. It can be used to avoid condensate formation on cold water supply pipelines and to decrease heat loss in pursuance of Construction Norms and Regulations (SNiP) in heating systems. The material is suitable for use in temperatures from -60° to +260° С. Product service life is up to 15 years.
